I stumbled upon this quotation today.    After reading it, I stopped for a moment to ponder this quote in relationship to our sales, business, and cold calling activities.   When you have been in business as long as we have, many things become routine and repetitious; but we must continue to strive for excellence.  Aristotle was certain that excellence is a process and habit – rather than an event or something is completed.

What makes a company great? We really believe that a company is merely a building but once you have added the people in the building, you make the business a company. A company becomes excellent when you hire quality, experienced people and provide adequate training opportunities to allow them to represent your company in the fashion needed to shine in the business world.
