Is the customer always right?

Over the years customer service has gone by the wayside. In sales, there is still the adage “the customer is always right”. But where do you draw the line? What do you do when have you done all you can with a customer and yet they still are not a happy camper? Are you going to assume that person that will never be happy?

No matter how demanding or challenging customers are, it is best to present your best product or service. Your business will flourish from an outstanding product or service and the best customer service available.
