The best way we have found to get past the gatekeeper is to befriend them.</p>
<p>If you call into a company and you let them know who you are looking for but not really sure of the contact name, nine times out of ten-if you are sincere-they will help.</p>
<p>If you contact a company and try to push your way past the gatekeeper-they will usually put up a wall that keeps everyone out.</p>
<p>Remember when making calls, the gatekeeper is doing their job just as we are.</p>
