Using emails to increase sales prospecting is a great way to boost branding with little or no cost.

Develop an email campaign that complements your current sales process. Put together a series of messages that are used at certain stages of your sales process.

Such as:

Voicemail one-leave initial message in marketing plan

Voicemail two-leave the next message in this series

Email-Refer to the voicemails and simply ask if there is a good time to call or when can we get together?

With smart phones, many people are responding quicker and more frequently to emails compared to phone calls.

Make sure each of your emails provide your offerings as well as any specials you might have. Provide intent of the conversation you are seeking. If you are looking to do business or stop by to meet with your prospect, mention that in your email.

Adding emails to your current marketing program will provide one more touch to a prospect that could end up in a sale.

If you need help with your marketing program, let Rich Enterprises put together your next lead generation or appointment setting program.

How can you create sales energy for your business if you are not full of energy and passionate about your offering?

Here are some ideas on how to create energy:

Market-Network your business to keep a buzz about your offerings

Letters of reference-ask for letters of references from satisfied customers. Nothing says how great your company is than a personal referral.

Training-Keep up to date on current trends whether it is with social networking or the latest in the sales process.

Motivation. Business owners cannot create energy with a procrastination attitude. Business owners that have achieved life long success are those that have looked to ways to keep fresh.

Whether you are a salesman, own your own company or want to become a business owner-create ways to practice energy. Energy is not luck; it is all about creative power.

Let Rich Enterprises help you with your next marketing program. Let us do our magic and create Sales Energy for your business! Contact us (888) 443-5247

First-put together a game plan for calls. Prepare a script and a few objections that you might encounter while making sales calls.

Second-Role play. Practice your pitch with a co-worker or someone willing to listen to your pitch, tempo of your voice and rebuttals. If you do not have anyone available, talk to a mirror.

Finally-Prepare yourself with a list of needs for the prospect. The best sales happen because you are presenting prospects with a product or service that they need and use on a regular basis.

A solid sales game plan sets the table for productive and successful sales calls.

Rich Enterprises has a variety of marketing programs that include cold calling, warm calling as well as lead generation and appointment setting. We take care of the script, calling list and entire program from start to finish. Check us out on the web:

Why not find a mobile app that assists with sales. You have apps that can provide full benefits of a CRM. They can allow you to have the complete software package as if you were sitting in front of a computer. The phone apps allow you to make contact notes, set follow up calls, and track phone calls and meetings.

All entries can sync back to your calendar to help keep you organized.

There are many phone apps out there that are free, one time fee to download, cost yearly to use or a monthly plan. Several of our clients use an on-line calendar system that is free of charge and syncs with their mobile devices. Let us help with your next marketing campaign and demonstrate how we set your sales appointments and give you instant access to the results. Check us out on the web: www.richworldwide.com

We discuss this topic with our sales team on a daily basis. The gatekeeper is generally in their position for a reason. They are the key person to keep calls from going to the boss. The best way we have found to get past the gatekeeper is to befriend them.

If you call into a company and you let them know who you are looking for but not really sure of the contact name, nine times out of ten-if you are sincere-they will help.

If you contact a company and try to push your way past the gatekeeper-they will usually put up a wall that keeps everyone out.

Remember when making calls, the gatekeeper is doing their job just as we are.

The company that reaches out to the prospect during the sales process, after the sale has been completed and then 6 months down the road, is the company that customers are going to remember. This is tough since we seem to be on a financial roller coaster. Businesses need to have a strong business plan in place that allows for the ups and downs. With an unstable economy-it is best to make every effort to continue with marketing. Some businesses have opted for a baby steps approach to marketing with increases in their program as the results come in. The answer to steady business during an unsure economy would be continual marketing.

We match our marketers’ skill sets with our accounts.
