Do not call lists

We have all seen the hype over the do not call lists. How do you market around them? In the B2B world it has not become an issue. In our daily work at Rich Enterprises, we reach out to a prospective client 1 every 200 calls or so that state they are on a do not call list and do not wish to be contacted.

We have implemented a policy that states once you are notified by a contact that they are on a do not call list and do not wish to be contacted, simply mark the call as a bad number and move on. Rich Enterprises is in business to provide telemarketing services to those clients that are in need of products and services and not interested in offending anyone. Spending time on a customer that does not wish to be contacted would not be a constructive use of our time or our client’s money.
