What is a qualified lead?

In telemarketing campaign, a lead would be someone that has shown a certain level of interest in your product or service.  With most campaigns, the lead would need to be qualified further by addressing and answering the qualifying questions.   Qualifying questions are designed to eliminate prospects that are not viable for your business or market.  

If you opt to outsource your telemarketing campaign, you will need to work with that company to make sure that they address all qualifying questions and understand that value of the related answers.
