Brevity is key!

Have you ever heard be short and sweet? That is truly the case in sales and telemarketing. When a contact answers the call, you have about 10 seconds to either peak their interest or to hear an objection. Brevity is the answer. Prepare your pitch before you make the cold call.

Consolidate scripting by providing the key points of your offerings. Keep initial conversation brief, but informative. Getting to the point of your conversation early in the cold call with retain the attention of the listener / propsect as well as show respect for their time.
