Happy Holidays To You!

Wow! Look at how fast the time has gone by. We are at the end of the year and I am not sure I have accomplished all that I set out to do. Every New Year’s I redefine my goals and list things that I want to accomplish. Are they realistic? Probably not. One of my New Year’s resolutions is to Take the bull by the horns and stop procrastinating. Here I am half way through December and still need to put up my Christmas tree. Yikes! I better get a move on it. Shopping-oh no!!! I am going to be out there with the rest of the crazies…More procrastination.

Just like anything… Procrastination is not good anywhere, especially in sales. Take the slow month of December to evaluate your sales to get a jump start into January. We are anticipating big business in January and have begun planning for weeks. Make your plans now to include planning for the New Year. Spending a little time now preparing will benefit you greatly in the first few months of 2010.
